Hourglass is the Official Public Speaking club of NIT Rourkela, which works under the umbrella of the Literary Society of the Student Activity Centre (SAC). The club aims towards the perfect confluence of communication and leadership skills. The club enhances the proficiency in public speaking of its members by several sessions on elocutions, extempore, story-yarn, group discussions, and above all, allowing the members to host various events for the institute.
